Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer, born August 4th 1981 in the US, is an American actress. She has appeared in movies Cowboys & Aliens and The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful along with the television show Angela's eyes Mad Men Hawthorne, and Suits are her most famous works. Amantha Holden plays her present character in Rectify which airs on Sundance Channel. Abigail Leigh Spencer is an American actor who is active in television as well as in movies. Her performances in the drama show Rectify and the sci-fi programme Timeless earned her the title of a celebrity. Born in Gulf Breeze Florida she made her acting debut by playing a part in the soap opera All My Children. She received a Soap Opera Digest Award for the most outstanding female newcomer. Through the years she mainly played roles as guest stars on a variety of TV programs. Her popularity was rewarded for her portrayal of The Dr. Erin Jameson in the popular television show Hawthorne. With her amazing looks and acting talent her character slowly earned her fans of a huge size. In the movie Campfire Stones, she played an important role in it in the film at age 20. Her other roles in are Jekyll This Means War and Chasing Mavericks. The role she played as a character in Beautiful Now earned her a nomination for the Madrid International Film Festival Award. The latest work she's done on television has been in the leading role of history professor Lucy Preston in the sci-fi TV series Timeless. It has been well-received by critics, and Spencer's character was a nod in The Teen Choice Award.
